Robin Brown studied kitchens for years before she and husband, Jeff, took the renovation plunge.
“After 24 years in our home, the kitchen was extremely outdated and needed more than a facelift,” she says.
The Browns contacted the designers at Acadian House Design + Renovation with two requirements: He wanted a kitchen that would be “timeless,” and she wanted it finished by the second Saturday in December, when the Browns host their annual Christmas party.
As home design evolves, mudrooms and laundry rooms are set to transform from purely functional spaces into stylish, versatile areas.
